It is important that you not only find an accountant you trust but one who will have frank and honest discussions with the business. These discussion need to take place on a regular basis. Whether it’s a monthly meeting or quarterly, an ongoing honest relationship is crucial.

Is the accountant following up with information? Or helping you close the gaps in your business?

Again, it is crucial to find someone who cares about the ongoing performance of the business.
